The SOL contains a variety of managerial occupations and a number of skills assessing authorities undertake the assessments on behalf of DIAC. These occupations are assessed scrutinising detailed documentary evidence and sometimes using live video technical interviews. Attention to structure, detail and statements from referees are crucial to the successful submission of an assessment.
